Ms. Hessan is often called on to share her expertise at industry conferences, and on national news programs including CNN, CNBC, NBC Nightly News, and CNNfn. An acknowledged thought leader in the learning and education industry, she is also the co-author of the best-selling book, Customer-Centered Growth: 5 Strategies for Building Competitive Advantage.
