She was a Member of the Banker's Trust Management Committee reporting to the Chairman of Bankers Trust and subsequently a Member of the Deutsche Bank's Senior Management team post acquisition of Bankers Trust by Deutsche Bank. Ms. Cirillo-Goldberg was at Deutsche Bank as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Institutional Services and Divisional Board Member of Global Technology and Services since the merger with Bankers Trust Company from June 1999 to June 2000. She was responsible for the custody services, investor services, corporate trust and agency services, and cash management businesses. Ms. Cirillo-Goldberg is on the Advisory Board for the School of Arts and Sciences of New York University and Cancer Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She serves as a Director of several non-profits, including The Friends of the Family Academy, Roundabout Theater, Urban Education Exchange, and B.E.S.T. In 1987, Ms. Cirillo-Goldberg was voted into the Academy of Women Achievers of the YWCA.
