Mr. James Gerard Dinan, Jaime, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of York Capital Management and Founder since September 1991. He is responsible for the implementation and execution of York’s investment process as well as its overall business strategy. Mr. Dinan was a General Partner at Kellner, DiLeo & Co., LLC. He served at Kellner, DiLeo & Co. from 1985 to 1991 and was responsible for investing in risk arbitrage and special situation investments, including ... distressed securities, high yield bonds, and short selling. Mr. Dinan was an Investment Banker and Member of the Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse (USA), Inc. (a/k/a Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette) from 1981 to 1983 where he was involved in a broad range of corporate finance and merger and acquisition activities.
