Mr. Jon Westberg served as Vice President of Leveraged Finance at Lake Capital. Mr. Westberg joined Lake Capital in 2008 and was responsible for evaluating potential investments, structuring transactions, leading due diligence, negotiating transaction and financing agreements, and managing certain portfolio company investments, as well as managing the leveraged financing transactions across the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Westberg served as a Banking Analyst at Bank One Corporation with experience in debt capital markets, commercial real estate, and middle market lending. He began his career as an Analyst in the Commercial Banking Development Program at Bank One, where Mr. Westberg rotated through the lending and capital market divisions. Mr. Westberg served as Director of Lake Capital. He served as Director of Empower Software Solutions, Inc. Mr. Westberg received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from Miami University with a B.S. degree in both Finance and Management Information Systems.
