He spent ten years with Teledyne, Inc., where he worked at both the corporate and operating company levels in various positions, including Senior Financial Advisor to the President of Teledyne’s $1.5 billion aerospace and electronics segment and Vice President of finance of Teledyne Wah Chang, an integrated manufacturer of specialty metals. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors at Aerospace Industries Association. Mr. Lyons earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, where he majored in Accounting. He also completed the Executive Program in management at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
