Ms. Bernice K. Leber was Senior Litigation Partner, Complex Financial of Professional and Intellectual Property Litigation. Ms. Leber is a Member of Arent Fox PLLC. She has lectured on a variety of subjects to bar groups and PLI, including: federal civil practice, arbitration, loan workout litigation, the commercial courts of the Supreme Court and case management techniques. She was parliamentarian to the New York State Senate (1975 session).
