In 2000, he joined AT&T Latin America as Senior Vice President responsible for Sales and Customer Care. He then transitioned into a successful entrepreneur in the creation of the Veracity Group, a healthcare supply chain solutions firm located in Miami Florida. He has served a dual role as Managing Partner of the Veracity Group and President of U.S. Operations of a $600 million medical/surgical distribution firm located in Miami Florida. He serves as a Director of OrthoSensor, Inc. Mr. Pierce was a Founding Member of executive team of Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Mr. Pierce is a graduate from the University Of Wisconsin with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration.
