Mr. Timothy C. K. Chou served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Business Online since November 1999. From October 1996 to October 1999, Mr. Chou served as the Chief Operating Officer of Reasoning Inc. From September 1994 through September 1996, he served as a Vice President of Server Products at Oracle Corp. Dr. Chou also held positions at Tandem Computers. He has been a Member of Embarcadero Technologies Inc.'s Board of Directors since July 2000. ... Dr. Chou also serves as a Director of Embarcadero Europe Ltd. Additionally, he serves on the Technical Advisory Board of Webex Inc. and is a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Emergence Capital Partners. Dr. Chou holds several patents and recently authored the book "The End of Software". He is also recognized as an industry leader and has been featured in Forbes, Business Week, and the Economist.
