Dr. Michael R. Bowlin, Mike serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Arco Products Co. Dr. Bowlin served as the Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Richfield Company (also known as ARCO) from 1994 to April 2000. He held senior positions in several major ARCO divisions in copper, coal, oil and gas. He served as Executive Vice President and then as President and Chief Operating Officer of ARCO from June 1993 to 1998. He served as Senior Vice President of ARCO International ... Oil and Gas Company from 1987 to 1992, and its President from 1992 to 1993. Dr. Bowlin began his career with ARCO in 1969 and joined the executive ranks fifteen years later and served as President of ARCO Coal Company since 1985. He serves as Chairman of the Business Council and the National Petroleum Council. He served as Chairman of Atlantic Richfield Company from 1995 to April 2000. Dr. Bowlin served as Chairman of the American Petroleum Institute, the California Business Roundtable. Dr. Bowlin has been a Director of FMC Technologies Inc., since 2001 and also serves as its Lead Independent Director. He has been an Independent Director of Edwards Lifesciences Corp. since 2000 and served as its Presiding Director until May 2011. He served as Director of Horizon Health Corp. from July 12, 2004 to May 31, 2007. Dr. Bowlin serves as a Director of the Autrey Museum of Western Hermitage, the University of North Texas Foundation and is involved with the American Red Cross and several other medical organizations.
