Mr. Boren received his BA degree in American History from Yale University in 1963, and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He holds a Master’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, England in 1965 as a Rhodes Scholar, and obtained his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1968.
