He has been an Independent Director of Barrick Gold Corp., since September 1, 2004. He serves as a Director of Pioneer Metals Corp. He served as a Director of Bumi PLC and of EP Energy LLC (Formerly EP Energy Corporation). He served on the board of Mirant Americas Energy Marketing LP (formerly Southern Company Energy Marketing). He was a member of the Board of Directors and the Office of the Chairman at Burlington since January 21, 2004 and was responsible for its strategy development and execution, as well as its financial performance.
