Mr. Charles L. Watson, Chuck served as Senior Advisor to EDF Trading North America LLC and Electricite de France since 2008. Previously, Mr. Watson was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Dynegy Inc. from 1989 to 2002. Mr. Watson established Natural Gas Clearinghouse Corp. (NGC Corporation), Dynegy's predecessor, in 1985 and served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1989 until his departure in May 2002. He also served as the President of NGC Corporation ... from its establishment in 1985 until 1989. He was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers from 2007 to 2008. He co-founded Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in 1996 and brought the Houston Aeros. Mr. Watson is a Co-founder of Twin Eagle Management Resources and has been its Chairman since 2010. He has been Chairman CLW Investments, Inc. since 2009 and Wincrest Ventures, L.P. since January 1994. He has been Chairman of Collegiate Zone LP since 2004 and Sigma Chi Foundation since 2005. Mr. Watson has been a Director of Theatre Under the Stars and Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. He has served on the Boards of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA), Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), Edison Electric Institute (EEI), and Natural Gas Council (NGC). He is a Member of the Executive Committee of Edison Electric Institute as well as a founding Member of the Natural Gas Council. He is also the owner of the AHL Houston Aeros hockey franchise and minority owner and Director of the NFL Houston Texans. He served as Governor, Trustee and Chairman of the OSU Foundation, was inducted into the OSU Alumni Hall of Fame in 1997, and in 2001, following his commencement address, received OSU’s highest honor of the Henry G. Bennett Award. Also in 2001, Mr. Watson served as a Director of Shona Energy Company Inc. until August 8, 2011. Mr. Watson was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame and was named “Master Entrepreneur” by Ernst & Young. Mr. Watson was educated in business and economics at Oklahoma State University.
