He has chaired the ABA Consortium On Legal Services and the Public; the ABA Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services; the Board of Visitors of the Wisconsin Law School; and the Seventh Circuit Committee on Rules. He is currently serving as the Co-chair of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Mr. Skilton has also served on the national board of the American Inns of Court Foundation and as President of Wisconsin’s Equal Justice Coalition. Mr. Skilton is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
