Mr. Erwin A. Kelen is a Co-Founder and Principal of Quatris. Mr. Kelen is a private investor active in venture capital investments, investment management, and helping small companies grow. Mr. Kelen has been a successful venture investor for the past decade as the President of Kelen Ventures and as a Partner in Camir Investments. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of DataMyte Corporation (1984 to 1990). From 1963 ... to 1983, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Electro- Craft Corporation. He served as the Chairman of Electro- Craft Corporation. Mr. Kelen has been a Director of McDATA Services Corporation (formerly, Computer Network Technology Corp.) since June 1988. Mr. Kelen serves on the Board of several public and private companies, including CyberOptics Corp. since February 1995 and Printronix Inc. since 1977. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of finEye Corporation. Mr. Kelen serves on the Boards of Avanti Optics, Inlet Medical Inc., MikrobEX Inc. and n'Quire Software.
