Previously, he was a member of the founding team of Deutsche Australia Limited (a/k/a Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (DMG) Technology Group), which later became a part of Credit Suisse First Boston. There, Mr. Britts established the global communications equipment practice, advising, and investing in numerous early-stage and high growth companies. From July 1998 to March 1999, he served as a Director in the Corporate Finance Group of Credit Suisse AG (a/k/a Credit Suisse First Boston). From April 1994 to April 1996, Mr. Britts served as an Associate at Lehman Brothers. He has been an active private equity investor for 17 years. He sits on the Board of Ahura Scientific, Aurora Networks, Inc., Aristos Logic Corporation, Celestial Semiconductor, SG Micro, Exalt Communications, Inc., Exavio , Inc., Skyrider , Inc., SageMetrics Incorporation, SG Micro and PortPlayer. He serves as a Director of Azul Systems, Inc., Lutris Technologies, Inc. and Jaalaa, Inc. He has been a Director of OpVista, Inc since May 2007.
