In January 1997, Mr. Myers was appointed as the Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric Investment Corporation. Prior to that, he served as a Director and Executive Vice President at General Electric Investment and Executive Vice President. He served at XO Holdings, Inc. He has been the Chairman of AG Asset Management LLC since September 2006 and is responsible for overall management and strategy development. Mr. Myers also serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Warburg Pincus and Butler Capital and Member of the Fund Advisory Board and Limited Partner Advisory Board of Leeds Equity Partners. He is also a Member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Aurora Capital and Member of External Advisory Board of Lasair Capital LLC. He serves as Director of Point Capital - Forstmann & Co., LLC and Barrett Opportunity Fund, Inc. Mr. Myers has been a Director of Legg Mason Inc., since June 2013. He has been Director of Doubletree Corporation and Doubletree Partners since December 1993. He is also on the Advisory Boards of Palisades Capital , Academy Securities and the Nicklaus, Milstein Global Opportunity Fund. From December July 1992 to December 1993, he also served as a Director of Guest Quarters Hotel Partnership.
