Dr. Donald B. Rice, Ph.D., Founded Agensys Inc., (Formerly, UroGenesys Inc.) in 1996. Mr. Rice served as Chief Executive Officer and President from December 1996 to November 2010. Dr. Rice served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of TDY Holdings, LLC (Formerly, Teledyne, Incorporated) from March 1993 to August 1996. He served as Secretary of the Air Force of U.S. Department of Defense from 1989 to January 1993, and as President and Chief Executive Officer ... of RAND Corporation from 1972 to 1989. Dr. Rice served as an Assistant Director of the Office of Management and Budget at The White House from 1970 to 1972. Other honors include the Citation Award from the UCLA School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the Symington Award from the Air Force Association, Ten Outstanding Young Men from the U.S. Jaycees, the Distinguished Civilian Service Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal from the Secretary of the Defense. He is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and was a Ford Foundation Doctoral Fellow. Dr. Rice received an Honorary Doctorates in Engineering in Notre Dame, 1975, Management in Purdue, 1985, Laws in Pepperdine, 1989, Humane Letters in West Coast University, 1993 and Public Policy in RAND Graduate School, 1995. He received a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1961 from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S. in Industrial Management in 1962 and a PhD in Economics in 1965 from Purdue University.
