At Mercury, he oversaw the North American expansion of its initial origins in Tel Aviv to its current headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif, as well as serving as the senior finance executive during their IPO process in 1993. Mr. Schwartz has been a Director of Graphics Properties Holdings, Inc. (also known as Silicon Graphics International Corp., Rackable Systems, Inc.) since August 2004. He serves as Director of Verix, Inc. He serves as a Director of Sixense Entertainment, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Nolio Ltd. He served as a Director of Qualys, Inc. In addition, Mr. Schwartz serves on the Board of Directors of Silicon Graphics, BigFix, TUI University and two other private companies. Mr. Schwartz holds B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
