Mr. Georges was formerly a Director of the New York Stock Exchange from 1987 to 1993; a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 1986 to 1992, Chairman of the National Council on Economic Education from 1991 to 1992; and Chairman of the American Paper Institute from 1991 to 1992. Mr. Georges received an M.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
