Mr. Moldow established the @Media Division in 1996 and over the ensuing three years helped establish @Media as the leading broadband media provider. He served as a General Manager of MatchLogic Inc., since 1998. Mr. Moldow co-founded OnTime Guide and PrimeTime Partners. Mr. Moldow spent three years in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Merrill Lynch. He has been a Director of Motif Investing Inc since July 7, 2011. He serves as Director of SunRun Inc.; BancBox, Inc.; AdRoll, Inc.; AppToU, Inc. (now called CloudOn, Inc.); Weblistic; Xoopit Inc.; National Payment Network; Inc.; ShoreTel Communications, AdWhirl, Inc., and SunRun. He served as a Director of Therative Inc., and Powerset Inc. He served as a Director of BigDeal.com, Inc. since July 2009. Mr. Moldow serves on the Board of Project Fair Bid.
