Since 1984, Mr. Schwartz served as an Associate Consultant for Management Analysis Center, Inc. From 1979 to 1983, Mr. Schwartz served as an Officer of Manufactures Hanover Trust, Co., now part of JP Morgan Chase. He served as an Officer of Manufacturers Hanover Limited. He has been the Chairman and Director of Arnotts Ltd. since August 2010.
