Mr. Sunil Dhaliwal is the Founder and Managing Partner at Amplify Partners. Mr. Dhaliwal has 15 years of experience as an infrastructure investor and mentor to entrepreneurs. Prior to founding Amplify Partners in 2012, he was a General Partner at Battery Ventures. Mr. Dhaliwal joined Battery Ventures in 1998. Mr. Dhaliwal where he spent 15 years focused on investments in the IT infrastructure; financial services; financial technologies; infrastructure technologies; communications ... storage; information technology; infrastructure; technology enabled services; specialty finance; business services; and computing sectors. He is currently an investor in Agari, GreenBytes, Neocleus, Next Investments, Opscode, Splunk, and Viridity Software. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dhaliwal was employed in the High Technology Group at BT Alex Brown, where he executed equity financings and mergers and acquisitions in the communications and software industries. Prior thereto, Mr. Dhaliwal was employed in the High Technology Group at Alex Brown & Sons, Inc., where he worked closely with growth companies in the communications and software industries. Mr. Dhaliwal serves as a Director of MRU Holdings; Fintura Corporation; Agari; GreenBytes, Inc; Viridity Software; Next Investments; and Opscode, Inc. In addition, he acts as a Board Observer of Neocleus. Mr. Dhaliwal was previously a Director or Observer of Storability Software; Netezza Corporation; Tracelytics; @stake; and Storigen Systems. He was a Board Observer of CipherTrust, Inc. He is an Advisor to the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack County.
