Mr. Peter G. Krivkovich has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cramer-Krasselt Co., since 1985 and 1999 respectively. Mr. Krivkovich serves as an Affiliate at Batterson Venture Capital, LLC. He joined Batterson Venture Capital in late 2009 to consult with deal flow origination and business analysis. He is employed at MB Financial Inc. Mr. Krivkovich is the Co-founder of AdRoll, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Sales & Operations. He served as the ... AdRoll's Chief Financial officer and Chief Operating Officer along with managing the AdRoll's inside sales team. Mr. Krivkovich helped secure Adroll's Series A round of funding (closed in August of 2008 from Merus Capital, Accel Partners and The Pilot Group), venture debt line and manages day to day operations." Prior to joining Adroll, he spent six years in leadership roles spanning finance, business development, product management and sales. Mr. Krivkovich spent 2 years in investment banking at ABN AMRO, completing mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries including technology, finance, steel and timber. He then spent a year in business development at Everdream Corporation before moving to product management to oversee the design, development and launch of the companies enterprise software product line, the product winning PC Magazine's Editor's Choice Award. After business school, Mr. Krivkovich joined Good Technology and spent his first year helping oversee the its 100+ person sales team before moving into a Finance/Operations role managing the its business expense/ forecasting model and working on a variety of operational projects. He serves as a Director of The Advertising Council Inc., Friends of Prentice Hospital, the Off-the-Street Club in Chicago and the American Association of Advertising Agencies. Mr. Krivkovich serves as Director of Solohealth, Inc. He served as a Member of Commercial Advisory Board at Solohealth, Inc. Mr. Krivkovich holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University, studied at the London School of Economics.
