Mr. Eric D. Bommer is a Partner at Sentinel Capital Partners, L.L.C. He is responsible for funds, Sentinel Capital Partners IV, LP and Sentinel Capital Partners III, L.P. Previously, Mr. Bommer spent two years as an Associate at Gefinor Acquisition Partners, L.P. From 1993 to 1995, he worked on a variety of corporate finance ... and merger and acquisition transactions when, Mr. Bommer was employed in the Investment Banking Division at CS First Boston. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Bommer was a Financial Analyst at LaSalle Partners where he worked on the divestiture of the RTC's National Land Fund. He currently serves as the Chairman of Engineered Controls International and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Credit Infonet, Engineered Controls, Chromalox, LTI Flexible Products; Precision Pipeline Solutions; Spinrite; WellSpring Pharma; and Trussbilt. Mr. Bommer also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Trinity Consultants; Strategic Partners; Alemite Holdings; Floral Plant Growers; Madill; Met Merchandising Concepts; NorSun Food Group; and Tony Roma's prior to the sale of these businesses. From 1991 to 1992, he was a Captain of the Livingston Kings, which Mr. Bommer helped win the Scottish First Division Championship. He was also an assistant captain of Brown’s Varsity Hockey Team. Mr. Bommer holds a B.A. degree from Brown University with a double major in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior.
