He founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Holding Group Inc. from 1975 until ... 1999 and prior to September 19, 1995, he served as its President. Prior to 1975, Mr. Nathanson served as the Vice President of Marketing for Teleprompter Corp. He also held executive positions with Warner Cable and Cypress Communications Corporation. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Enstar Communications Corp. (“Enstar“), from October 1988 until November 1999. Mr. Nathanson is the Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Shelter Capital Partners. Mr. Nathanson served as the Chairman of the Board Falcon Holding Group Inc. He was Chairman of the Board of FIC and Falcon International. Mr. Nathanson served as Chairman of the Board of Enstar, from October 1988 until November 1999. He is a Founder of the Cable Television Administration and Marketing Society (CTAM) and the Southern California Cable Television Association. Mr. Nathanson was appointed by President Clinton and confirmed by the U.S. Senate for a three year term on the Board of Governors of International Broadcasting of the United States Information Agency. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the World Affairs Council, Pacific Council in International Policy and serves on the Board of numerous other civic and charitable organizations in Southern California. Mr. Nathanson was honored by being named the recipient of the Vanguard Award for outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the cable television industry. He holds a B.A. from the University of Denver and a M.A. in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara.
