Dr. Fred P. Buckingham, PE has been the Chief Executive Officer of Alternative Petroleum Technologies since July 1, 2012 and serves as its Chairman and President. Dr. Buckingham has held technical management and executive positions at Forney Engineering Company, Triconex Corporation, Electric Power Technologies, Inc. and Clean Fuels Technology, Inc. While ... at Clean Fuels Technology, Inc., he was engaged as Senior Vice President and was responsible for equipment design, fuel blending system development and field implementation. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Alternative Petroleum Technologies. Dr. Buckingham has published numerous technical papers and is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He serves as Director of Clean Fuels Technology, Inc. and EcoEnergy Solutions, Inc. Dr. Buckingham received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975. He received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1980 and earned a Ph.D. in 1993 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Buckingham is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
