Mr. Paul G. Koontz is a General Partner of Foundation Capital. He joined the firm in 1996, and is focused on financial services and internet technologies. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Koontz was with Sutter Hill Ventures and, in 1994 he became the initial Vice President of Marketing of Netscape Communications Corporation and helped get Netscape Communications off the ground. From 1983 to 1987, he held various marketing and management positions with Hewlett-Packard Corporation in the United States and Europe.
