Mr. Thomas C. Dolson, Tom, is a Managing Director of The Peakstone Group. Mr. Dolson is a Senior Advisor at Titan Equity Partners, LLC. He assists the firm in transaction structuring and deal financing, as well as portfolio company M&A activity. Mr. Dolson has more than 25 years of investment banking, corporate development and private equity experience. Previously, he has been a Partner with the Direct Investment group at Adams Street Partners. Prior to joining Adams ... Street, Mr. Dolson served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Experian and Vice President Strategy for Metromail Inc. Previously, he also worked in corporate development for Motorola. Mr. Dolson started his career in investment banking at PaineWebber (now UBS) and the boutique investment bank of Benedetto, Gartland & Co. He also follows several of the portfolio companies for Adams Street Partners including Alien Technology, Cbeyond, Danger, Inc., and New Path Ventures. Mr. Dolson served as a Vice President of Corporate Development at Experian Information Services, Inc. He was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities within the credit information and direct marketing industries. Previously, Mr. Dolson spent five years at Motorola, most recently, evaluating investment and acquisition opportunities in a variety of technology arenas. Earlier in his career, he spent five years in corporate finance with PaineWebber and Benedetto, Gartland and Company. During his career, Mr. Dolson has invested in 20 privately held companies and has been a director on numerous private company boards. He serves as a Director of USBid and Engim, Inc. Mr. Dolsonhas been a Director of Actelis Networks, Inc. since 2006. He served as a Director of 0-In Design Automation, Inc., WiQuest Communications, Inc. and Enfora, Inc. Mr. Dolson holds an MBA with honors from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and has a BE magna cum laude in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
