Mr. Pedro-Pablo Pablo Kuczynski serves as a Partner and Senior Advisor of The Rohatyn Group, LLC. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President and Westfield Capital Ltd. from 1994 to 2001, as Chief Executive Officer and President of Halco Mining from 1977 to 1980, and in various positions with the World Bank, the IMF, the Reserve Bank of Peru, and Kuhn, Loeb & Company International. He also served as Minister of Energy and Mines in the Peruvian cabinet from 1980 to 1982. From 1994 to 2001, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Latin America Enterprise Capital Corp. He has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Amg Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. since June 6, 2007. He served as the Chairman of Credit Suisse International from 1982 to 1992. Mr. Kuczynski began his career at The World Bank Group in 1961. He served as the Chairman of Shelton Greater China Fund from August 2007 to January 11, 2011. He has been a Director of Pure Biofuels del Peru S.A.C. since June 14, 2012 and Ternium S.A. since June 7, 2007. Mr. Kuczynski holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Exeter College at Oxford University and a M.P.A. degree from the Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
