Background

Mr. Alfred W. Zollar, Al Founded AWZ Tech, LLC and has been its Managing Partner since January 2011. Mr. Zollar served as General Manager of IBM Tivoli Software at Tivoli Systems, Inc. from July 2004 to January 2011. Mr. Zollar served as the Chief Executive Officer of PS Publishing. He served as General Manager of IBM iSeries, where he was responsible for the iSeries (formerly AS/400) server product line. He served as General Manager of the eServer iSeries segment from ... January 2003 to July 2004, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBM Lotus Software from January 2000 to January 2003 and General Manager of Network Computing Software from 1996 to 2000. He joined IBM in 1977 as a Systems Engineer Trainee. He retired from IBM in 2011, after a 34-year executive career, during which he held leadership roles for all units within IBM's Software Group division. He serves as the Lead Independent Director of Carnegie Speech Company. Mr. Zollar has been Director of Carnegie Speech Company, Inc. since May 2012 and Public Service Enterprise Group Inc., since June 19, 2012. He serves as a Director at Lotus Development Corp.
