Background

Mr. Danny Fishman is the Co-Chief Executive Officer, Co-President, and Director of Tamir Fishman & Co. He is the Founder and Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Tamir Fishman Group since its foundation in 1996. He served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer since 2009. Mr. Fishman is a Member of Investment Committee at Tamir Fishman Ventures. He is also one of the Founders of the Eucalyptus Venture Capital Fund, Tamir Fishman II Venture Fund, and DFJ Tamir-Fishman Venture ... Fund at Tamir Fishman Ventures and a Co-Founder and Partner of Tamir Fishman Real Estate Fund. He also serves as a Board and Investment Committee Member of the funds. In 2009, he Co- Founded Gaia Real state and is also a Co-Founder and Chairman of Enertico. Mr. Fishman has more than 20 years of extensive experience in general management, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real estate and asset management. He has managed and overseen dozens of transactions totaling billions of dollars, including public offerings on the NASDAQ, European, and Tel Aviv Stock Exchanges, deals, mergers and acquisitions, and private offerings. Mr. Fishman was also engaged in investment banking activities locally and internationally. In the past Mr. Fishman served as an Executive Vice President of Y.L.R. Capital Markets Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Y.L.R. Investment Management. In that position, he established and managed private equity funds including Primavera, Charterhouse/Y.L.R., invested in technology, consumer, retail, and life sciences companies, and represented Y.L.R. on the Boards of the companies. Previously, he was the Co-Head of the privatization unit of the Israeli government, leading privatization processes of large government companies. In this capacity, Mr. Fishman represented the government on Boards and Committees of many such companies. Prior to this, he served as the Real Estate Representative of this same government unit, serving on Boards of real estate, construction, and infrastructure companies, as well as Investment and Finance Committees, evaluating projects and lands for sale. Among other activities, Mr. Fishman volunteers his services as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of “Our Children”. He earned and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
