Prior to co-founding the firm in 1999, Dr. Link served as a General Partner at Brentwood Venture Capital where he invested in a number of early stage companies including. From 1986 to 1997, Dr. Link founded Chiron Vision and also served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Chiron Vision, he founded and served as the President of American Medical Optics. Dr. Link serves as Chairman of Glaukos Corporation, ForSight VISION3, Inc., and Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He has been the Chairman of Intralase Corp. since July 2003 and Director since December 1998. He has been an Independent Director of Edwards Lifesciences Corp. since May 7, 2009 and Oculeve, Inc.
