Mr. Sturiale served for more than seven years as a General Partner at Sevin Rosen Funds where he joined in 2000 and his investment focus was in enterprise and web-focused technologies, including chips, software, systems, and services. Mr. Sturiale had performed multiple roles including summer intern, Founding Chief Executive Officer incubating a startup, Senior Associate, and Partner. He spent more than a dozen years in numerous executive start-up operating roles including technical marketing, product marketing, enterprise infrastructure software, business development, and sales. During this time, Mr. Sturiale worked in three venture-backed companies in industries such as application software, flat panel display, and semiconductors including startups: Candescent Technologies Corporation and Quorum Software. He was the Founding Chief Executive Officer of Timbre Technologies. Mr. Sturiale spent twelve years as an entrepreneur and operating executive leading all facets of product management, business development and marketing in venture-backed start-ups. As a venture investor, he has guided and financed, from the seed stage, several significant companies. He was also instrumental in the sale of Quellan (Intersil) and Solidcore Systems (McAfee).
