Mr. John M. Boler founded Hendrickson International Corporation and The Boler Company, a subsidiary of Hendrickson USA, L.L.C. in 1977. Mr. Boler served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of The Boler Company. He began his business career with Clevite Corp., later acquired by Gould, Inc., where he was named Vice President of International. He worked with Gould Inc. from 1957 to 1977. Mr. Boler serves as Chairman of The Boler Company. Mr. Boler serves as Vice-Chairman ... of Board of Trustees of American Cancer Society, Inc. He is also chairman of the American Cancer Society Foundation, where he is deeply involved in the fight against cancer. He served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the American Cancer Society. Mr. Boler serves on the board of directors of the Anchor Cross Society, a philanthropic organization supporting Chicago's Rush University Medical Center, and on that hospital's board of trustees. He serves as a Trustee of Rush University Medical Center. He remains active with John Carroll University, where he serves as a Trustee. He received honorary degree from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Ind., and Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio in 2001. Mr. Boler earned a business degree from John Carroll University in 1996 in Cleveland, Ohio.
