Merchant Bank in 1978 and served eight years in financial advisory including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, divestitures, initial public offerings, and minority investments. He also worked at BZW and has experience in a variety of corporate finance-related assignments. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Alexander Forbes Equity Holdings (Proprietary) Limited since September 2007. He serves as a Director of Alexander Forbes Equity Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and Sphere Private Equity.
