She advised companies on numerous capital markets and strategic transactions. Ms. Lu worked in Goldman Sachs' Capital Markets Group, where she participated in many technology companies' initial public offerings. She also spent time in Asia with Goldman Sachs during which she worked on a wide variety of restructuring and privatization projects such as China Southern Airlines, China Mobile, and PTTEP. Ms. Lu serves as a Director of Pactera Technology International Ltd. Ms. Lu has been a Director of E-Commerce China, Dangdang Inc., since 2006, and Wikinvest, Inc. She served as a Director of VanceInfo Technologies Inc. since May 2007 and as a Director of Bitauto Holdings Limited from 2006 to November 17, 2012. She was named to the 2012 Forbes Midas List of technology’s top investors. Ms. Lu received her BA in Economics with honors from the University of Maryland in 1994 and Master’s degree in International Economics in 1996 as well as Energy, Environment, Science and Technology from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.
