Mr. Andrew W. Verhalen, Andy is a General Partner of Matrix Partners and joined Matrix Partners in 1991. Mr. Verhalen helped start Grand Junction Networks. From 1986 to 1991, he worked at 3Com Corporation, initially as a Vice President of Marketing, then as a Vice President and General Manager of the Network Adapter Division. Mr. Verhalen joined 3Com to help define and launch the 3Station. He ran marketing for all hardware, and later started and grew a new division to ... focus on network adapters and hubs to more than $250 million in sales. Prior to joining 3Com, from 1981 to 1986, Mr. Verhalen worked in the microprocessor group at Intel Corporation, in various marketing, management, and strategic planning roles. He served as a Product Line Manager for the 8086 microprocessor and Strategic Planning Manager for high-integration microprocessors. Mr. Verhalen worked for two years as an Engineer. He serves as a Director of Tigo Energy, Inc., Framehawk, Inc., Skyfire Labs, Inc., SpiderCloud Wireless, Inc. and DVC Labs.
