Mr. Michael S. Gordon serves as the Chairman and Executive Partner at StoneCreek Capital, Inc. Mr. Gordon is also a Co-Founder of StoneCreek Capital. Mr. Gordon has been the Chairman or the Co-Chairman of the firm since its founding in 1992. From 1980 to 1992, he was a Principal at Kelso & Co. and managed its Newport Beach office. Prior to Kelso, Mr. Gordon was a Director of Planning and Acquisitions at Hunt-Wesson Foods. His principal corporate experience was at The ... Gillette Company for 17 years. During the last eight years at Gillette, Mr. Gordon handled worldwide acquisitions and divestitures and was instrumental in acquiring 20 companies in ten countries during that time. He has been a Director of International House of Pancakes Corp. since 1987 and serves as the Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Gordon has been an Independent Director of DineEquity, Inc. since 1987, retaining that seat after Kelso & Co. took IHOP public in 1991. He currently serves as a Director of FoodHandler, Inc. and Delafoil, Inc. Mr. Gordon served as a Director of Outsourcing Services Group Inc. in November 2001. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Mr. Gordon recently completed a three year term as the Chairman of the Board of Orange County’s Pacific Symphony. He is a C.P.A. Mr. Gordon holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Boston University and a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
