Mr. Rockwell served as the Chief Executive Officer at Luxar Corporation and as the President at SSC Inc. From 1984 to 1988, he held various positions at 3M in its Acquisitions and Business Development Department. Until April 1 1990, Mr. Rockwell served as a Senior Vice President and Group Executive at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., a position he held for more than five years. During this time, he also worked in its corporate venture capital program, where Mr. Rockwell served as a liaison between 3M and its venture capital partners. Mr. Rockwell was a Director of Luxar Corporation, OK International, RedPrairie, SSC, Advent International Corporation, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., Superconductivity, and Valdor Fiber Optics Inc. He is past Chairman of the CleanTech Venture Network Advisory Board. Mr. Rockwell served as a Co-Chairman of Advisory Board of Cleantech Networks LLC. He served as a Director of ADVO Inc. from May 1990 to January 23, 2004. Mr. Rockwell received an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University.
