Mr. David F. Marquardt, Dave, Co-founded August Capital in 1995 and serves as its General Partner. Mr. Marquardt is a Co-Founder and General Partner of August Capital III, L.P.; August Capital IV, L.P.; and August Capital V, L.P. He is also responsible for managing August Capital IV, L.P. and August Capital III, L.P.
