Mr. Robert H. Mundheim is Of Counsel to Shearman & Sterling. He was formerly the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Salomon, Inc. from 1992 to1997. Mr. Mundheim was the Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. from 1997 to1998. He was the University Professor of Law and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania from 1980 to 1992 and the Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1982 to 1989.
