Over the past 10 years, Dr. Petrillo’s advisory clients have included numerous multinational pharmaceutical, information technology, and biotechnology firms, as well as medical services and device companies. He was the Founder of Molecular Insight and served as its Director. He initiated investments in nanoMR, Aileron, MedVentive ,Saladax Biomedical, Pathogenetix, Lantos, SpringLeaf, BioTrove (Acquired by Life Technologies-LIFE), BIOCIUS/BioTrove Spin-out, Quovadx (now Healthvision), eBenX and Morphotek. He was a Venture Investor in eBenX and a Venture Investor and Board participant of Exact Sciences and XCare.net. Dr. Petrillo worked with numerous venture capital and private equity firms and their investee companies. He serves as a Director of Saladax Biomedical, Inc. and IlluminOss Medical, Inc. He has been a Director of BioTrove, Inc. since August 2002. Dr. Petrillo has been a Director of Aileron Therapeutics Inc., since June 2009.
