Mr. Wayne H. Pace serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cable News Network LP, LLLP. Mr. Pace served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Time Warner Inc. (also known as Time Warner Cable Inc., and formerly AOL Time Warner Inc.) from November 2001 to 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Warner Communications Inc. since February 2, 2001 to October 2004. Mr. Pace played a pivotal role in driving value creation ... across Time Warner and oversaw all of Time Warner Inc.'s finance functions, including tax, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, accounting and capital allocation. He served as Vice President of Finance of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. since July 1993. Mr. Pace served as Chief Financial Officer at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. from 1993 to 2001 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer from March 2001 to November 2001. With oversight responsibilities for all financial, corporate and administrative functions. He joined TBS in July 1993. Prior to joining TBS, Inc., Mr. Pace served as an audit partner with the Atlanta office of the independent accounting firm Price Waterhouse, where he had worked on the TBS, Inc. account since 1970. At Price Waterhouse, he directed the organization's efforts to assist TBS, Inc. in projects such as acquisitions of the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks professional sports teams, and its purchases of the MGM film library and Hanna Barbera, Inc. Mr. Pace was admitted to Hanna Barbera's partnership in 1981. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of American Television And Communications Corp. since January 12, 2001. Mr. Pace served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Time Warner Entertainment Company, LP from November 2001 to October 2004. He served as Vice Chairman of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., from March 2001 to November 2001. He has been a Director of Time Warner Cable Inc. since March 2003 and Keebler Foods Company since February 1998. Mr. Pace serves as Member of the Board of Directors of the Special Olympics of Georgia. He served as Board Member of Austin Peay State University. Mr. Pace served as Chairman of the Advisory Council for UGA's J.M. Tull School, which named him Alumnus of the Year in 1988. In 1997, UGA also recognized him with its Distinguished Alumnus Award and Austin Peay awarded him with its Distinguished Achievement Award. He has participated in the Distinguished Lecturers Program at the UGA College of Business. Mr. Pace received Master's degree in Accounting from the J.M. Tull School of Accountancy at the University of Georgia (UGA) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Austin Peay State University.
