He has been a rector of TravelCLICK, Inc. since January 2008. He serves as a Director of 21st Services. Mr. Dowdell also serves on the Board of Directors of Bluefin LLC, and Rulester LLC and serves on the Advisory Boards of the Business School of the University of Notre Dame and Risk Management Solutions. Mr. Dowdell is a Member of Strategic Advisory Board of Genstar Capital, LLC. He served as a Director of Career Education Corp. since its inception in January 1994 until May 13, 2008 and its lead director since July 2004 until September 2006.
