Mr. Cutter served as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University. Mr. Cutter received a Masters degree in Economics and Public Policy from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University; a B.Litt. degree in Economics from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar; and a degree, summa cum laude, from Harvard University.
