In 1976, he co-founded The Copeland Companies, which became a member of Citigroup. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for almost 30 years. Mr. Dughi holds both a Bachelor's in Arts and Sciences and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cornell University.
