She later served as Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for the South Region at Mirant, where she was responsible for trading and asset management activities for Mirant's generating assets in ERCOT, Entergy, TVA, Southern and Florida markets. She has been Vice Chairman of Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since April 17, 2012. She serves as a Director of Energy Insurance Mutual Limited Company. She serves on the advisory boards for the University of Tennessee College of Engineering and the University's Department of Finance. She has been a Director of Electric Power Research Institute since April 17, 2012. Ms. Greene holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from the University of Tennessee, a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Masters in Business Administration from Samford University. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
