Mr. Baker serves as Chairman Emeritus of Energy Future Holdings Corporation (formerly TXU Corp.). He served as Chairman and Director Energy Future Competitive Holdings Company since July 26, 2004 and also served as its Vice Chairman. He served as Vice Chairman of TXU Gas Co. He served as Vice Chairman of Oncor Electric Delivery from April 2007 to February 2008 and its Director since November 6, 2001. Mr. Baker served as Manager of TXU Energy Co. LLC (now Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC) since August 31, 2003. He served as a Director of Txu Electric Delivery Co. until February 2008 and prior to since November 6, 2001. He served as a Director of TXU Gas Co. since January 1, 2002. He served as a Director of TXU Electric delivery Transition Bond Company LLC. He is an Executive Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America Circle Ten Council, serves on the Dallas Together Forum and is a director of Children's Medical Center of Dallas. He has also served as a Trustee of Paul Quinn College, chairman of the Central Dallas Association and the Downtown Improvement District. Mr. Baker graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Degree in Mechanical engineering.
