Stephen C. Lehman serves as a Principal in the Investment Banking firm of Broadstream Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Lehman is a Partner in Broadstream Capital Partners. Mr. Lehman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Premiere Radio Networks Inc. from company inception in January 1987 until its sale for $190 million to Jacor (now Clear Channel Communications). He was one of the founders of Premier Radio. From 1999 to January 2001, he served as the President ... and Chief Executive Officer of E4L Inc. (f/k/a National Media, Inc.). From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Lehman was President of Stephen Lehman Productions, a syndicated radio program company, while also serving as an on-air personality at KIIS-AM and FM, Los Angeles. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Lehman was President of a promotion advertising agency. He served as Chairman of the Board of Premiere Radio Networks Inc. since its formation in January 1987. Mr. Lehman has more than 20 years' experience in the radio industry. From 1982 to 1984, he specialized in building radio networks for independent radio syndicators. From 1980 to 1981, Mr. Lehman was National Sales Manager for Innerview Radio Networks. Mr. Lehman served as a Director of Premiere Radio Networks Inc. since January 1987. He serves as a Member of Corporate Advisory Board of National Lampoon Inc. He served as a Member of the Advisory Board of Literary Playpen Inc. In 1975, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in communications.
