Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Chancellor Capital Management, where he served over 12 years as a technology focused Venture Capitalist and a Fund Manager. ... He served as Managing Director of INVESCO Private Capital. From 1988 to 1994, he grew Chancellor Capital's public technology asset base from $20 million to over $250 million and achieved industry-leading performance. Since 1989, Mr. Hoag had been responsible for Chancellor Capital's private technology investments. He invested over $113 million in 30 companies.
